Ticket Information

Thank you very much for purchasing and/or being willing to sell 2020 Blue Line Ball raffle tickets.  This raffle is how we make 25% of our operating budget for the entire year, so we cannot thank you enough. Your willingness to help is directly impacting our ability to continue our vision to expand our reach to all Minnesota counties by increasing our means to assist officers and their families during times of crisis and need.    

 

Please complete the stubs fully and send them back to Carine Steffens at 16977 Galleon Circle Rosemount, MN 55068 no later than May 1, 2020.  Please use the bubble mailer provided to you to mail the tickets back and not a regular envelope as the mail sorting machines have a history of tearing envelopes causing tickets to be lost. Please do NOT send cash through the mail.  Checks can be made payable to Backing the Blue Line. 

 

If you are planning on selling tickets, please make sure those purchasing tickets fill out their stubs completely and collect money from them.  Please return all sold and unsold tickets together, along with payment to the above address by May 1, 2020.  If you decide not to purchase or sell your tickets, please SEND THEM BACK ASAP.  Inform those you sell to that prizes will be drawn the night of May 16th at the Minneapolis Hyatt Regency at the 2020 Blue Line Ball and winners will be announced on our website, Facebook page and contacted personally within 72 hours of the event.  Those purchasing raffle tickets do not need to be present to win.

  • If you would like to purchase less than 10 tickets, you will need to contact Carine S at btblraffle@gmail.com. She will fill out the tickets for you and you can send her money as requests less than 10 tickets will not be sent out.   

  • If you'd like more than 200 tickets, you will first need to sell your initial 100. Then more tickets will be sent out to you once you have returned the sold stubs/money.
