President's Message

Welcome to Summer and our first BTBL Newsletter! With some changes on the Executive Board, at our May meeting, we thought it would be good to bring back the BTBL newsletter that has all of our updates and events in one place.

I hope that you enjoy our bi-monthly newsletter. If there are topics, information, or articles that you would like to share with the BTBL community or seen shared, please reach out to our BTBL Marketing Director, Karrie Krear at Marketing@backingtheblueline.org and we will try to incorporate your thoughts and ideas.

As everyone knows, we made the tough decision to cancel our BTBL Ball this year, but we have been busy planning a new Family-oriented Fundraiser called the Blue Line Community Fest to be held on Saturday, September 26, 2026 at the St. Francis American Legion from 12-4pm. The event is FREE to attend and we will have activities for adults and children. We hope that you can join us!

Finally, we have started to plan the 2026 Sweets, Wine & Training (SWAT) for 2026. Watch your emails and social media for the upcoming date and location. You don’t want to miss it this year!

Gretchen
