Donations now being accepted for Mendota Heights Officer Scott Patrick’s Family
On Wednesday, July 30, Officer Scott Patrick of the Mendota Heights Police Department was fatally wounded during a routine traffic stop. He was a 19 year veteran of the department and leaves behind a wife and two teenage daughters. All proceeds raised through Backing the Blue Line will be supplied to the family of Officer Patrick. Following a three year tradition, Backing the Blue Line will be supplying blue memorial roses to family, friends, and fellow officers at the funeral of Officer Patrick on August 6.
